Happily Seated Event Rentals Agreement & Policies:
- Pick-up time should be scheduled in advance & items returned the following business day unless delivery method is chosen in the contract agreement.
- Late Returns fees will be $50 per day & taken from the security deposit unless it was scheduled in advance, prior to contracted customer return time.
- Security/Damage Deposit will be charged on every booking (25% of rental total on orders more than $100/$100 on orders less than $100) which will be applied toward late fees, damage or loss or cancellation fees. All of the security deposit will be refunded if the above fees do not apply upon receiving and inspecting of the rentals.
- If the deposit doesn’t cover the damage or loss of an item it is the responsibility of the renter to pay the rest of the amount.
- You may book your reservations up to 12 months in advance.

* What are my payment options? Venmo, Cash, or Check
* When can I pick up my order? Generally the day before your event unless something is booked for that day.
* When will I receive my return deposit? We make sure all items are in good condition and working order after they are returned. Sometimes it takes a few days to go through the orders, however most deposits are returned within 2-3 business days.
*Do I need to come pick up my rentals or will they be delivered? Orders can be picked up or delivered for an additional fee.
